We are very fortunate to have a very well qualified and experienced team, with staff from different early years backgrounds all sharing the same passion to provide the very best childcare for our children.
Rhian - Nursery Manager
The nursery is managed by Rhian who holds a Masters in Education and has many years experience in Early Years. She has a particular passion for early identification and support for children with Special Educational Needs. Rhian is currently working towards her level 3 forest school accreditation to further support our outdoor environment.
Louise - Deputy Manager
Our Deputy Manager Louise has worked in Early Years for over 25 years, she holds an NNEB Level 3 and has worked across all age groups. She currently leads our baby room as well as supporting across the nursery in her Deputy role. Louise has love for loose part play and the benefits children’s can gain from this.
Jenny is our Assistant Deputy Manager and Senior within our Pre-School Pumpkins room. She has over 20 years experience in Early Years and has a huge passion for learning through play. Community is at the heart of Jenny’s practice and she loves to ensure the children have experiences supporting our local community such as visits to the local care home and library.
Destiny is our Senior practitioner in our Sprouts room. She has just completed her level 3 qualification, her main passion within the nursery is bringing fun and movement into everyday play. You will always find Destiny dancing, playing football, or doing yoga with the children!
